Cancellation Policy
If you decide to cancel this rental, you must do so at least 72 HOURS (3 days) before the event date. If you cancel your rental reservation within the 72 hours of the event date, a cancellation fee may be applied. If you cannot get a hold of a Bounce Castle Fun, LLC. representative or you have called after business hours, it is still your responsibility to leave a message in our company messaging system about canceling your reservation.

RAIN POLICY:
- You can reschedule your rental due to rain at no extra cost as long as you notify us by 8am the day of your event rental. You must call us at 833-268-6239 or via our chat window in the bottom right corner of our website.
DELIVERY:
- We deliver to Summerville and the surrounding areas (delivery fees calculated at checkout).
